Delivery Info

All florists, including ourselves, are experiencing an increase in order during the lockdown. On some occasions, there might be delays with order fulfillment and flower deliveries. Your patience is much appreciated at this time.

TQ1, TQ12, TQ3, TQ4, TQ5, TQ6, TQ9

Delivery Method

We hand-delivered your beautiful blooms with our delivery vans. For the flowers to stay fresh, we deliver these with water in containers. And, in any case that you are not in during the delivery process, we will try a friendly neighbor to leave the flowers with or leave a “sorry we missed you” card so they can contact the shop and rearrange delivery or collection.

Delivery Cut Off

We offer same-day delivery in the local Torquay area when you order online before 2 PM (GMT). For orders received after 2 PM, these will be delivered the next working day. Please phone us on 01803 293779 if it is past 2 PM and you need it the same day. We will do our best to help.

Delivery Times

We deliver from 9:00am to 5:00pm from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Charges

Our Torquay Florist  Delivery Charge is £7.99.

Nationwide Delivery

We do offer a nationwide delivery service through BloomLocal. All flowers will be hand-delivered by an independent professional florist in the same way that we deliver flowers locally in Torquay, and the same terms and conditions apply.

Substitution

Last-minute orders of flower bouquets will have the possibility of flower substitution, but you will be notified if this is the case.

Important Delivery Information

Our deliveries will be made 6 days a week, excluding Sundays and bank holidays. During peak periods, delivery times will vary, for example, Valentine, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. We do not offer timed deliveries during these periods.
